i've been getting a few anonymous emails every now and then.
they place an order and then disappear after one or two replies. OMG! do you think Puff has a stalker? if you ask me, i think it's some kiddo messing around or maybe it might just be other handmade accessory blogshop owners!
"you shouldn't jump to conclusions!" you say! "or make assumptions!"
let me tell you. i'm not! how i know?
you see, every email comes with an IP address if you don't already know and it's trackable (is there even such a word?). so what did i do? i submitted the anonymous IP addresses to the authorities and some, surprisingly, turned out to be some other jealous blogshop owners! i shall not mention who and i won't tell.
asked if i wanted to pursue the matter. i did. i'm sure she was extremely surprised to receive my lawyer's letter and sure enough the anonymous emails stopped. of course i accepted the apologies too.
the anonymous emails have started again and i'm thinking if i should submit the IP addresses to the authorities again to have them check out the source of it for me.
so blogshop owners if you're reading this, i will advice you to stop the anonymous emails before i submit the addresses to the authorities and have them contact you! =)
